A comprehensive testing of the boiler KV-G-116.3-150 and its auxiliary equipment with a maximum load of 100 Gcal/hour was carried out. The testing has been conducted over the period of 72 hours.
The start-up and operation of the boiler were carried out using the automated process control system manufactured by Honeywell (USA).
Comprehensive testing was carried out under the control of an organization responsible for facility commissioning and with the participation of the operational personnel of the “Poznyaki” heating plant.
Preliminary training of operational personnel of the “Poznyaki” heating plant on starting operations, operation and stopping of the boiler and the automated process control system was carried out.
