ZEM-Energobudᵀᴹ performed works as a contractor in the conditions of new construction. Currently, the project is the most powerful in Ukraine and one of the most powerful in Europe.
LIST OF WORK PERFORMED:
- Installation of foundations, metal structures of the frame in the building section, walls of bricks and of sandwich panels, membrane roofs, floors, including polymer-epoxy poured floors;
- Construction and installation of equipment in the 10 kV transformer substation with laying of two 10 kV cable lines and their connection to the existing 10 kV line;
- Installation of water and compressed air supply, rainwater and soil system networks, lighting, telephone installation, security and fire alarm systems, grounding and lightning protection circuits, outdoor lighting networks on facades and lighting supports;
- Installation of the technical and electrical parts of the pumping station for drinking water supply with two wells of 160 m deep, the sewerage pumping station, the rainwater pumping station, and the compressor for compressed air supply;
- Installation of ventilation and air conditioning systems, MSB-0.4 kV main distribution board, on-site and intra-shop power supply, including explosion-proof power supply systems;
- Installation of two masts with H = 24 m for high-bay lighting in the territory.
